Having good posture is one of the most effective way to improve your appearance right this minute.
The first thing we need to do is to feel what good posture feels like.
- Stand facing away from a wall, with your heels just a few inches from the wall.
- Take note of what parts of your body are making contact wit the wall.
- The parts that should be touching the wall are the buttocks, your shoulder blades, and, very lightly, the back of your head.
- Stand tall and adjust your posture so that these parts are touching the wall. Try to imagine more space between your ribs and your hip bone to add space and height to your torso. Keep your hands at your sides, not in your pockets.
Now, every time you pass through a doorway to enter a room, take a breath and make sure your posture matches what you practiced against the wall.
The results will be amazing!
