Use a mixture of Hydrogen Peroxide
and baking soda weekly to remove stains

Use a teaspoon of each in a cup with a touch of toothpaste to make a pleasant pasted to brush with. If you are in a hurry, you can sprinkle some baking soda directly on your brush and give a splash of peroxide on the brush too.
