Quick Tip – Don’t Pump Your Mascara

Experts say you should never pump your mascara (i.e., moving the wand up and down in the tube really quickly).

The reason is because it will only allow air into the tube which causes mascara to dry out quickly (and will ultimately shorten its lifespan).
