When you’re tired, dark circles tend to show up under your eyes, which can add years to your appearance.
Since we all seem to live in a fast pace lifestyle (and catching up on rest might be out of the question), try placing slices of ripe avocado under each eye. Rest a few minutes and let the fatty acids of the avocados stimulate the blood circulation around your eyes. This, in turn, helps make the dark circles and puffiness less intense.
