How to Fix Thin Lips (short of having permanent makeup applied):
Prep your lips.
Dry is your enemy… exfoliate your lips and swipe on a hydrating balm. This helps fill in any fine lines and will create a smooth surface.
Go natural.
If your lips are thin, dark colors will make your lips look smaller. Use a natural lip liner and trace a little beyond the edges. Next add a concealer and fill in your lips with a pencil and finish with a creamy lipstick in the same shade.
Add some sparkle.
Finally, use a small amount of highlighter (or eye shadow) on the center of your top and bottom lips. This helps reflect light and will give your lips an amazing translucent look.
