Improving the muscle tone of your shoulders and neck by just a little will greatly improve your appearance and confidence…not to mention a great thing for your physical well-being.
For this exercise, put your arms straight out to each side. While breathing deeply, make small circles in one direction for 15 seconds, then make larger circles for another 15 seconds. Then do the same but rotating in the opposite direction. Work up to 60 seconds in each direction.
